Returns and Exchanges

If it’s not exactly right, return it on us—no hassle, no pressure.

Clients have 30 days from purchase to exchange or return their order and items must be in unworn, new condition with all tags still attached.

Please email helloqueen@martindaleclothing.com and note your order # and if you require a return or exchange.

Refunds on returns will be processed for the original sale amount. You will be emailed a shipping label. Please allow for 7-10 business days to process your return, once your item has been received.

For exchanges, please note the updated size you would like. If the size is no longer available, we will refund your original form of payment for the original transaction amount.
